We provide an online platform that provides individual users ("Individual(s)") who are seeking employment opportunities a job search product and/or a product to refer other Individuals who are known to them to a job opportunity or opportunities.

3. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By you visiting this Website as a user who is seeking employment opportunities, or to refer others for job opportunities ("Individual" "you" or "your") from a company that is interested in hiring Individuals ("Employer"), and whether or not you become a registered user of the Website or not, you accept these Terms and you agree to comply with the Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, then you must immediately stop using the Website.

We reserve the right to change the Terms by posting the new version to this page and, where appropriate by notifying you of such change via email. Every time you wish to use our Website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. You can review the current version of the Terms which apply to your use of the Website at any time on this page.

4. Accessing Seikor

In consideration of you agreeing to abide by the Terms, we hereby grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, licence to use the Website. We may update and change our Website from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users' needs and our business priorities. We do not guarantee that our Website, or any content on it, will always be available uninterrupted or error free and we reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the services or functionality that we provide on the Website without notice for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Our Website is currently made available to Individuals free of charge but this is subject to change in accordance with clause 3 above.

5. Registration: Creating an Account and a Profile

When you access the Website you will have the opportunity to register and create an account ("Account"). To be eligible for the Website you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or reject your registration to use our Website. If your registration is accepted, you will be allowed to use our Website. Seikor has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website at any time and for any reason.

In registering for an Account on the Website, you agree: (1) to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself; and (2) to maintain and promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

If you provide any content on the Website (via your Account, or via any of your interactions within the Website) that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or Seikor has reasonable grounds to suspect that any such content is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Seikor has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website.

You agree not to create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself. You agree that you shall not have more than one Account. You undertake that your login may only be used by you and a login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You agree not to create an Account or use the Website if you have been previously removed by Seikor, or if you have been previously banned from the Website.

You will be required to provide us with your name, e-mail address and phone number. You may be required to provide further information about your employment history, education and other data related to your professional history. Once you have created an Account you will be able to use the job search functionality and apply for job opportunities.

Seikor has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website at any time and for any reason.

6. Obligations and rights of Individuals

As an Individual, you have an opportunity to use the Website to search for jobs and to apply for job opportunities. The Website is currently free for Individuals, you simply need to sign up and create an Account.

When you register for an Account you will have the option to submit job applications.

We cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of any job recommendation or other information collected by Seikor, submitted by any Employer or other user. Seikor assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any job recommendations, Employer information, salary statistics, blog posts, screening questions and responses, and assessments information which may be available on the Website.

Based on the information provided in applications by individuals, or other information gathered by Seikor, for example prior application performance or publicly available information such as social media profiles, Seikor may select preferential applications to highlight to Employers, or may provide only a selection of applications to the Employer for consideration. By using our Website or service you agree to your application being treated in such fashion. Seikor is committed to fair and objective assessment of applications, supporting diversity in applicants, and processing all applications in accordance with applicable anti-discrimination laws.

You understand and agree that Seikor is neither liable, nor offers any guarantee nor warranties that there will be a satisfactory outcome or any outcome at all in the nature of an application, invitation to interview or job offer by reason of using our Website or services.

As an individual, you have the opportunity to share specific jobs with people you know and make a recommendation on why you believe they are a good candidate. This information will be taken into account by Seikor, and may be shared with the Employer, should such Individuals make an application. By sharing a job you agree to such use of any information provided by you and to being contacted by Seikor or the Employer for such purpose. Any such information will not be made publicly available and will be treated in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

By providing to Seikor the email address or phone number of an Individual to whom you wish to share a job you confirm you have their permission to do so and their agreement that Seikor may contact them about any such job, by electronic, or other means.

In the instance an Individual to whom you have shared a job is successful in their application and joins the Employer as per the terms of the job offer, your Account with Seikor will be credited with the referral bonus amount applicable to that job once the Individual has satisfied a minimum period of employment. This term differs for each job, but is ordinarily between 30 and 90 days.

In order for the referral bonus amount to be credited to your account the successful applicant must have followed the unique link generated when you shared the job via the Website and have created an Account and made an application after following this link. All bonus amounts are credited at Seikor’s sole discretion and no bonus will be credited for any job shared other than using the aforementioned process.

You understand bonus credits allocated to your Account are non-transferable to any other party and they have no monetary value. However, at the sole discretion of Seikor, they may be redeemable for cash, or Seikor services.

Seikor reserves the right to discontinue this reward program anytime and stop recognizing any credits and cash Individuals may have already accumulated in their Seikor account at its own sole discretion.

When you view, send, store or receive information (including resumes and messages) through or using the Website, Seikor may, for example, use such information for its internal business purposes including but not limited to data analysis, quality control, or to refine the Website or any other product or service (including to provide better search results and other listings for Individuals), whether via automated means or otherwise.

You may receive messages, emails or email notifications corresponding with your activity on or use of the Website. In all cases, such messages or notifications are provided solely as a courtesy. Seikor disclaims all warranties with regards to the transmission or storage of such courtesy notices, does not guarantee their delivery or receipt, and does not guarantee the date or time at which they may be sent. You can contact us anytime if you’ve got a complaint about our Website by emailing the address above or by writing to us at our registered office address above.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Website for your personal use.

10. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.

Neither party shall be in breach of the Terms nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Terms if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.

All amounts due under Terms from you to us shall be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (other than any deduction or withholding of tax as required by law).

You shall allow Seikor (or Seikor’s authorised representatives or agents) to have access to your Account at all times in order to audit your use of the Website. You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

These Terms together with the Privacy Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the Terms.

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these Terms and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these Terms.

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms will not be affected.

12. Prohibited Uses

In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

To bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person.

• Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
• Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.

15. Breach of this policy

When we consider that a breach of this acceptable use has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the terms upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

• Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
• Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our site.
• Issue of a warning to you.
• Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
• Further legal action against you.
• Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.

We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
