Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Technology Risk, IT Controls, or Governance.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, IT General Controls, Risk & compliance frameworks
• Experience in designing and testing controls (SOX, ISO, SOC, internal audit).
• Ability to translate technical risks into business language.
• Familiarity with model risk management or Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain AI governance framework, policies, and standards.
• Establish AI risk taxonomy (data, model, security, compliance, ethics).
• Design preventive and detective controls for AI and GenAI use cases.
• Maintain a central inventory of AI tools, models, and agents.
• Design and execute control testing methodologies (design & operating effectiveness).
• Perform on-ground testing, including: Prompt Testing, Data Leakage Scenarios, Hallucination & Bias Testing
• Document control evidence for audit and regulatory readiness.
• Track and close control gaps and remediation actions.
• Ensure AI controls align with ITGCs, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
• Define access controls, logging, monitoring, and escalation mechanisms.
• Support incident response related to AI misuse or failures.
• Track industry trends, regulatory guidance, and peer practices in AI governance.
• Recommend enhancements to stay ahead of emerging AI risks.
• Design and support AI awareness and responsible usage training.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for AI risk and governance.
• Provide regular dashboards and reports on AI risks, controls, and compliance.
• Act as the single point of accountability for AI control assurance.
