What You'll Own Customer Love: Track and solve customer complaints via structured short-term and long-term problem-solving. Consistency is King: Drive SOP adherence, batch-to-batch quality, and product repeatability. You’re not afraid of Excel sheets, emails, whatsapp group, angry customers, leaking pouches, or untrained vendors—you’ll figure it out. New Product Commercialization: Support lab to scale transition for new SKUs. Field-Focused Ops: Work closely with contract manufacturers, vendors, and packaging units. Cost Optimization: Evaluate and recommend formulation or process changes to bring cost efficiency. Quality Partner Network: Vet, assess, and onboard quality suppliers and manufacturers. Cross-Team Hustle: Engage with marketing, ops, founders, and external stakeholders seamlessly and don’t see the clock or date when responding. Shape Who You Are (Eligibility) A food tech graduate with 1.5–3 years’ experience, ideally in a manufacturing or early-stage food startup. Hands-on with Excel, QC protocols, shelf-life trials, and product testing, AI-copilot/GPT You’ve worked at a Food lab, co-packer or F&B contract manufacturer, and know what ground reality looks like. You’re mentally and physically fit, ready with your bag packed — rain or shine, plant visit or customer call — without a second thought. You don’t wait for instructions — you think ahead and take charge. You’re obsessed with consumer delight and continuous improvement and know you are tougher than most situations ahead and know how to keep yourself fit physically and mentally fit.
