Description: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and grow a high- performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, team leadership, and local market knowledge. This role involves overseeing the full sales cycle, ensuring revenue targets are met, and driving strategic growth within assigned clusters. Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a sales team of 4–5 members. • Set and track performance targets. • Drive client visits and close sales to meet revenue goals. • Manage end-to-end sales pipeline and lead generation. • Acquire new business to support product growth. • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. • Contribute to sales planning and key account targeting. • Oversee cluster performance and ensure target achievement. Desired Skills & Experience: • 3–4 years of team management experience, leading 4–5 sales reps. • Proficient in CRM tools and Excel. • Strong knowledge of local markets and B2B sales. • Skilled in cluster management, lead conversion, and revenue growth. • Proven leadership and performance tracking abilities. • Experience in product demos, especially in SaaS, is a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
