Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Consultant/Senior Consultant with hands-on experience in the o9 Solutions platform to support development, configuration, and integration activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working on implementation or support projects and possess a strong understanding of the O9 Digital Brain application workflows and data management. Key Responsibilities: • 3+ years of experience in O9 Solutions (at least 1-2 Full Implementation Cycles or extensive experience managing support/enhancements). • Deep technical understanding of the O9 solution architecture, IBPL (Integrated Business Planning Language), workflows, and data flows. • Deep functional experience in supply chain processes (S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning). • Experience in overall solution design within the O9 environment. • Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical design specifications. • Managing and mentoring junior developers and executing quality reviews of developed functionality. Certifications: • O9 Certified Implementation Consultant or O9 Certified Solution Architect preferred.
