Own the sales P&L for the West and South India regions across BFSI verticals.
Lead, and manage sales executives in Mumbai and key southern cities (Bangalore,
Chennai, Hyderabad).
Own new client acquisition in your regions. Drive new business and enterprise account
acquisition by selling to CFOs, finance heads, and digital transformation leaders in
banks, NBFCs, insurance firms, and fintechs.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to build compelling enterprise
proposals, demos and PoCs.
Close orders with multi-stakeholder enterprise deal management, and long-cycle (4-8
months) enterprise sales. Build and close a strong enterprise pipeline (deal sizes
₹50L++).
Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships within BFSI organizations.
Achieve quarterly/annual sales quotas and pipeline targets.
Must-Have Traits:
15-20 years enterprise SaaS/tech sales experience in BFSI.
Deep contacts of BFSI CFO level in West and South India
Understanding of BFSI procurement cycles
Experience in consultative sales / value selling to CFOs or finance orgs.
Based in Mumbai
Experience working for companies offering ERP or financial softwares to CFOs is a plus.
Experience & Qualifications
15–20 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in BFSI or B2B fintech
SaaS/enterprise tech.
Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership or regional manager role, with team
management experience.
Proven success selling into CFO’s office, finance, risk, or compliance functions in
banks, NBFCs, or insurance.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel (South India) 25–40% of the time.
