Requirements

  • Proven experience in running a D2C P&L.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale a D2C brand rapidly.
  • Strong analytical skills and numerate mindset.
  • Experience with marketplaces and quick commerce.
  • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing on Meta and Google.

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L, including revenue, margins, and profit.
  • Manage website speed, design, and user experience.
  • Drive conversion through CRO, UI, and UX enhancements.
  • Oversee all sales channels including D2C site and marketplaces.
  • Make strategic decisions on scaling and resource allocation.
