Configuration Consultant - 1-3 years of Hands-on experience in Development/Configuration/Integration activities in Kinaxis/O9 Experience in User Administration activities Experience in Data Administration activities Should be able to manage work flows and data flow throughout the applications Experience working on support project or implementation projects Kinaxis Author Level 1 certification/ O9 Beginner/Intermediate level Senior Configuration Consultant: 3+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapidresponse/O9 (at least 1-2 Full Implementation Cycle or Extensive experience managing support/enhancements) Deep technical understanding of the solution, work flows, data flows Deep functional experience in supply chain processes (S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning) Experience in overall solution design in Kinaxis/O9 Experience working with business stakeholders for understanding and translation requirements to design Managing and mentoring junior developers, executing quality reviews of developed functionality Certifications: Kinaxis Author Level 2/3 Certification, Solution Consultant 1/ O9 Intermediate or advanced
