Job Description

Principal responsibilities Align with the US based KPS Manager Manage KPS Analyst resources and delegate tasks including: o Support services to business units o Sanitizing deliverables and proposals o Day to Day activities to support BU specific KM processes o Workload and status reporting/tracking Engage with KPS Manager who is responsible for global KM Process work to ensure alignment of priorities and work assignments. Engage with other internal stakeholders, to understand requirements and identify opportunities to support processes in further areas of the business. Provide advice based on internal and external KM processes best practices. Willingness to assist with day-to-day workload alongside team when necessary. Collaborate with other KM team members Support Knowledge Management Business Partners, Support Global Intranet Digital Engagement and KM Technology team on initiatives to further build our global capability, including: o document sanitization, tagging documents with metadata, cross posting content, content organization, reporting and analytics, search and discovery support, content quality assurances, document uploading, provide case study support, content migration, and automation support using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Share knowledge of processes, approaches, methods, tools/platforms etc. with team colleagues, so it can be leveraged across the globe. Provide insight into business needs, initiatives and end-user experience to help ensure global KM service offerings remain relevant and aligned to overall strategy. Grow KM knowledge and expertise Identify internal and external KM trends and best practices; communicate and promote these to KM Team Support the growth and evolution of the KM team at A&M by applying KM best practices in ways that best ensure the success of the KM support model. As it relates to Knowledge Management practices, share, influence and encourage best practices and knowledge sharing throughout region and firm. General Demonstrate a willingness to assist with tasks outside immediate key role requirements for the benefit of overall organizational success. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in Knowledge Management practices and/or content management experience preferred including managing knowledge process administration and supervision. Knowledge process design experience is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree in related area or similar work/technical experience in Business Studies, Business Administration, or Management. Experience working in KM at a professional services or consultancy firm. Proven experience working with professionals of all staff classes up to C-Level. Demonstrable experience in process improvement, project management and change management Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience preferred. Fluent English is essential (this person will report to a global team) Salesforce experience preferred but not required Desired Skills and Attributes Consultative approach when partnering with the KM Team and the business. Demonstrate a high level of ‘grit’ in their perseverance of effort and resilience to challenge, in order to accomplish long term goals and further develop KM capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively interact with KPS Manager and broader KM Team Familiarity with KM concepts, best practices, systems, platforms (Primarily Microsoft 365), frameworks and tools in a professional services environment. Analytical reasoning and solution-focused problem solver with the ability to think critically and independently with a keen eye for connecting the dots and scaling KM efforts. Ability to drive to results, in a fast-paced environment. Capable of synthesizing information. Proactive mindset. Be able to self-motivate and work alone and unsupervised. Works well under pressure; flexible work style. Excellent communication skills and receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas and solutions for technical and non-technical audiences. Exceptionally close attention to detail. Demonstrated history of operating with urgency, responsiveness and client first focus
