Requirements

Experience in optimized code writing and JUnit scripts.
Ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Responsibilities

Build software using Java frameworks like Hibernate and Spring.
Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews.
Ensure performance optimization of SQL queries.
Drive quality delivery of new product features and modules.
Manage and lead a team of 3-5 developers.
