Seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer with expertise in Application Designer, Oracle SQL, and SQR (Structured Query Reporter). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting PeopleSoft applications, ensuring robust integration with Oracle databases, and delivering high-quality reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the below: -
Application Development:
- Design, develop, and modify PeopleSoft applications using Application Designer.
- Implement new modules, enhancements, and customizations based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing PeopleSoft applications.
Database Management:
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex Oracle SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and performance within PeopleSoft environments.
Reporting:
- Develop and maintain reports using SQR (Structured Query Reporter).
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely reports.
Testing & Documentation:
- Conduct unit, system, and integration testing for PeopleSoft applications and reports.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with functional analysts, business users, and other technical teams.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer.
- Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft Application Designer.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL (queries, procedures, performance tuning).
- Hands-on experience with SQR for report development.
- Familiarity with PeopleCode, Application Engine, and other PeopleSoft tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker and web services.
- Exposure to upgrade projects or cloud migrations
