Should be great at communication both written and spoken · Should have built products for both consumers and internal users working closely with technology and business teams . Should be good at Agile and Scrum frameworks . Should be aware of software architecture building process for products for consumer tech startups preferably in fintech, payment wallets sectors . Should be great at technical skills and should be hands on with the latest languages and servers · project management skills should be good & should be able to deliver projects on time · Good problem solving and analytical skills · Role: Product and Project Management · Reporting to: CTO · Interface with internal and external stakeholders and manage the flow of multiple Tech Projects and Project Teams · Background: Engineer from IIT/BITS/IIIT/Other Tier-1/2 college · 6-8 years in Consumer Tech (ecommerce, payments, Fintech, other consumer facing apps) · High performer with strong experience of managing tech projects and project team
