Python Full-stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, especially data engineers

Architect scalable, secure backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and AWS

Drive data infrastructure decisions with PostgreSQL, Redshift, and advanced data pipelines

Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI-first features and stay ahead of emerging AI trends

Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code and manage technical debt

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, Redshift)

Advanced proficiency in Python and FastAPI

Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data warehousing (Redshift)

Proven experience in ETL pipelines, data modeling, and optimization

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI/ML pipelines or data science platforms

Familiarity with Airflow or similar orchestration tools

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
