Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Risk & Controls, with a focus on manual control testing.
• Prior experience in Financial Services GCC environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for daily interaction with global teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of manual business controls across FS domain processes.
• Assess and validate control effectiveness, identify gaps & recommend remediation actions.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports on control testing outcomes.
• Support audits and compliance reviews as required.
• Maintain strong governance and adhere to regulatory requirements.
