The Krones Group, headquartered in Neutraubling, Germany, plans, develops, and manufactures machines and complete lines for the fields of process technology, bottling, and packaging, plus intralogistics and recycling. Every day, millions of bottles, cans and containers are "processed" in Krones lines - in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industries, dairy and liquid food industry as well as in the chemical, pharmaceutical and home & personal care industries. Krones Digital Solutions India is created as of 2023 to be the Technology Competence Centre for Krones, focusing on developing software solutions for the Internal organization as well as for the customers of Krones Global. Who are we looking for? We are looking for SAP ABAP and UI5 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills and a solid understanding of both SAP ABAP and UI5 technologies What are you in for? End-to-end SAP Implementation experience. Experience with ABAP and UI5. Knowledge and understanding the business processes and technical process. Understand the requirement from Functional specification. Performance optimizations of existing reports and includes. Quality check of new programs in respect of performance criterions and optimization Testing Experience - Unit test of developments and deliver quality oriented objects. Support technical integration testing, functional test and end-user testing. Ensuring the handover of daily operations (system documentation) Support for creation of technical Blueprints and technical design in collaboration with the IT colleagues in Germany. Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to the below: - Technology Expertise Real time Experience in SAP technical development using SAP ABAP and UI5 Support of SAP Business Suite Solutions across the landscape and especially on ERP-ECC R/3 and S/4HANA Very strong programming skills / coding skills Strong working experience in Reports, Interface, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (SAP Scripts and Smartforms), Adobeforms, Integration - IDOC, OSS note implementation Experience in Gateway ODATA services and GIT Hands-on experience in SAPUI5, FIORI, SAP Cloud Platform, WEB IDE, Visual Studio Experience in JavaScript, MS SQL Server, Oracle DB, xpath , query language, C# or vb.net, java, xml, json Understanding of REST API’s, OData and data binding with OData Knowledge on the MVC framework and Fiori design patterns Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming Good Process knowledge / overview of SAP functional modules like MM, SD, FI, CO, PP,CS etc Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks, Agile Methodologies. Education - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer science with min 5 years of relevant experience and max 8 years of total experience in SAP ABAP and UI5 with strong programming skills. Solid knowledge of MS Office Strong written, verbal and Presentation skills. Good Analytical skills and Logical Skills Customer and solution-oriented thinking Target and results-oriented approach Initiative, responsible and Strong team orientation Excellent communication skills and fluent knowledge of spoken and written English Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Should be flexible to work according to German timings. Should have worked in multi-cultural environment. Willingness to work in Bangalore location and in a Hybrid model.
