• Execute end-to-end project delivery using Caldan's project tools.
• Manage resource allocation and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Control project costs and provide timely risk reporting.
• Mentor team members and champion project-management standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in India and Europe.
