Senior Software Developer-Team Lead

Key Responsibilities • Lead development team by designing and implementing scalable, highperformance services using Node.js. • Design and maintain RESTful APIs to connect to automation systems. • Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration, deployment, and monitoring. • Work with SQL (PostgreSQL,) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) to handle large-scale data processing. • Deploy and manage applications on leading cloud platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability. • Guide and mentor backend / frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. • Collaborate with IoT, automation, and AI/ML teams to integrate software with hardware solutions. Must-Have Skills • Strong hands-on Node.js expertise with frameworks like Express.js/Nest.js. • Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes). • Microservices & API Development with security best practices. • Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases. • Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Good-to-Have Skills • Experience with IoT & industrial automation systems. • Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT). • Hands-on experience with Socket commnication. • Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
