Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent.
  • 10-16 years of experience, with 6-8 years in ServiceNow.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer.
  • Experience designing multiple ServiceNow instances.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance ServiceNow modules like CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM.
  • Lead automation with tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Design CMDB and Discovery models for service mapping.
  • Manage integrations with AWS/Azure/GCP and ERP/HR/Finance systems.
  • Define secure RBAC models and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
