4-5 years experience building scalable web applications with Ruby on Rails Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and query performance Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (ECS, RDS, S3) Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi for cloud resource management Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture Knowledge of background job processing with ActiveJob or similar Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (RSpec, Minitest)
