Position: Senior Project Manager (Agile & Engineering Focus) Experience Level: 10+ Years Domain: Software Delivery | Agile | Cloud | DevOps Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC). This role requires deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies, along with strong hands-on experience using modern project management tools and cloud platforms. You will drive cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction across multiple enterprise-grade projects. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle project delivery following Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices Drive sprint execution across engineering, QA, design, and DevOps teams Oversee cloud-first implementations and scalable microservices architecture Track KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs to ensure performance and delivery excellence Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks Align product roadmaps with technical backlogs and sprint planning Manage delivery through JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ALM tools Ensure compliance with security standards, GDPR, and ISO 27001 Required Qualifications & Skills 10+ years in technical project management within software teams Strong Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management experience Solid understanding of cloud-native systems and API-driven development Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps (or similar tools) Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership skills PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, ITIL certifications (preferred Nice to Have Experience in FinTech, HealthTech, or high-scale SaaS Exposure to AI/ML or Data Engineering environments Why Join Us?
