• Experience working with 3rd party vendors (non-Microsoft), configuring apps, trouble-shooting issues, application support. • Experience with scripting languages for automating processes (python, Perl, PowerShell) • Experience with Databases hand-on querying and updating data. (SQL) •• Documentation skills for creating/updating technical documentation. • Experience with connectivity issues (2way SSL, SSL, TLS, SAML) • Experience with JSON, XML
