Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Engage with clients over the phone in a professional and confident manner.  Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to generate interest and schedule appointments  Understand and explain client offerings to prospects clearly and persuasively.  Maintain accurate records of communications in the CRM system.  Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.  Collaborate with team members and reporting managers for campaign improvements. Key Requirements:  Excellent verbal communication skills in English.  A positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for learning and achieving targets.  Strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone presence.  Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.  Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.  Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are welcome.
