Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 6–10 years of PMO or Transition Management experience.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise transition projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project governance and transition activities.
  • Prepare and maintain deployment and transition plans.
  • Track and manage RAID logs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for timely execution.
  • Conduct transition reviews and monitor milestones.
